Vacancy: Beekeeper

The farm "Ingozio Veritas", part of the agrarian group of companies producing organic products, needs a beekeeping technician to work with bees.
We will consider candidates with a desire to move to colorful Georgia, with the provision of comfortable housing, transportation and all the necessary details for a good living near the Black Sea.
Responsibilities
Organization of the production process for the manufacture of cream honey, honey (honey mousse) with additives, confectionery products
Calculation of production needs in raw materials, purchase and receipt of raw materials
Production of products according to approved recipes and technology
Development and introduction of new types of products
Quality control of incoming raw materials and products
Maintaining HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system - it is a system mandatory for all food industry enterprises and catering outlets.
Work in 1C program
Requirements
Knowledge of food technology, including confectionery.
The skills of working with honey and desserts based on it are welcomed.
Ability to produce products according to recipes and in compliance with technology.
A prerequisite is the ability to monitor the production process and make timely adjustments independently!
Ability to analyze and make suggestions for improving recipes and technology.
Knowledge and ability to work with regulatory documents.
Compilation and development of technological documentation, production reports
Ability to work in a team, punctuality, responsibility, desire to develop and improve in the profession.
Communication skills, friendliness.
Similar work experience of 3 years;
